This Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is what keto dreams are made of. This dish gives you all the delicious flavors of a juicy bacon cheeseburger, casserole style.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup red onions, minced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 5 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5 oz bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  • Begin by setting your oven to 375°F to preheat.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and saute the onion a few minutes until softened. Add the beef and brown. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  • Beat the cream cheese and eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
  • Next, add mayo and cheese and mix again until well combined.
  • Fold in the ground beef, bacon, baking powder, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and Worcestershire.
  • Transfer mixture to a 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  • Bake about 25-30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Serve with a green salad and a side of pickles!
