Free Cheesy Brussels Sprouts and Hamburger Recipe

This delicious Cheesy Brussels Sprouts and Hamburger is a terrific all in one meal. With layers of creamy Brussels sprouts, bacon, ground beef, and melty cheese, this dish delivers the nutrition and flavor your body craves!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 strips bacon, diced
  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 425°F.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté Brussels sprouts and bacon for about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir sour cream into brussels sprout and bacon mixture.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Brown ground beef in skillet until cooked through, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread ground beef evenly over Brussels sprouts. Top with shredded cheese and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and the top crisp.
