Free Cheesy Brussels Sprouts and Hamburger Recipe
This delicious Cheesy Brussels Sprouts and Hamburger is a terrific all in one meal. With layers of creamy Brussels sprouts, bacon, ground beef, and melty cheese, this dish delivers the nutrition and flavor your body craves!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 strips bacon, diced
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Begin by preheating the oven to 425°F.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté Brussels sprouts and bacon for about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir sour cream into brussels sprout and bacon mixture.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in skillet until cooked through, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread ground beef evenly over Brussels sprouts. Top with shredded cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and the top crisp.
