I really enjoy the meal plans. They are easy to follow and delicious. When I'm crunched for time Koncious keto shakes are my favorite as a meal replacement. I have lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks and I have much more energy throughout the day.

Love the recipes, haven't tried them all. Just cook for myself, so have lots of leftovers. If I eat anything salty, I can add 3 pounds in a day, so that is frustrating. I go by my lowest weight of the week, and am seeing gradual weight loss. No trouble staying on diet until my birthday. Was given pecan pralines, just had to eat them! Back on plan the next day.

The meal and snacks are so delicious and satisfying. Its hard to pick a favorite because it's all delicious! I don't even have cravings at all! I'm completely satisfied.

I've only been using the diet plan for 2 weeks now but I have lost 8 pounds, I'm very happy and in hopes that I can lose at least another 10 over the next few weeks. I am leaving for Hawaii and want to get in a swim suit.

I've been on it for two weeks. My weight has only gone down 3 lbs. but the good news is my blood glucose has gone from 217 to 87. Most of the meals are good. Some I like better than others. I've been following it faithfully, down to the snacks. However, I'm getting to the point where I may substitute meals I've already had with some sent to me if I don't have all the ingredients. Some stuff is very hard to find (hemp hearts?) I hope I can lose up to 10 lbs. by the time I see my doctor on Sept. 21. This will determine if I stay on the plan.

I'm in my 4th week. I've lost 11# and feel pretty good. Although sometimes I wonder if this is the right direction to be taking at 72 yr old. Sometimes my stomach feels weird, my tongue feels swollen and hands feel very dry. Other than that it's alright.

I have one more week to go, I only lost 5 lbs, but I lost 2 or 3 inches. I didnt like all the recipes, so I ate mostly first week dishes. I do feel better, I dont crave sugar anymore, so I as happy , hoping my late week will show more weight loss

Yes, I do enjoy the program. The only thing that I'm still getting used to is shopping. The recipes are great! I want to try them ALL! But it's just me. So I make the meals, freeze what I can, and remake what I really enjoyed because it was either delicious OR I have ingredients to use so they don't go to waste before the next week's recipes come. Then I find myself in the same cycle again. I'm seeing results, but I'm not sure if the set of meals are strategically balanced or simply different options. I need to figure this piece out pretty soon!

i like that the recipes were easy to follow and i can substitute what i didnt like too much. i also like that my questions were answered in a timely manner(most time less than a day response yayy to that). but most of all i love the fact that you are here to teach us a better lifestyle and not just a yoyo diet and for that i am and will forever be greatful...thank you so much for being with me thru this journey that i will continue for as long as i can

The food is outstanding! I couldn't believe it. Dinners are perfect, easy to cook, and the food is so good my husband is happy to have it. He eats 2 servings, I eat one and I have a left over for lunch. I've never been on a "diet" like this. I will have no problem having this be my new way of eating for life. I have no cravings because I can have Keto Ice cream, and I'm not hungry! I couldn't be happier. I have lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. Instead of being a constant thought throughout the day, I hardly ever think of FOOD. I'm living the dream.

This program is FANTASTIC! The recipes are super easy and the results border on gourmet! The meal plans spell everything out for you - breakfast, lunch and dinner with a snack included. I still consider myself a newbie, and I am learning sooooo much about the value of Keto. The Facebook Private Group is wonderful as well - so much information! I've only been on the program for 4 weeks - I'm down 10 pounds - and that's without any exercise (I tore up my knee, so I'm pretty grounded for now). My cravings are gone and I'm not hungry all the time. Several years ago I tried Konscious Keto- however, I did NOT sign up for the meal plan at that time. Talk about flying blind. The plan is what makes it work. I'm so glad I went for it this time - smart move! If you're thinking about starting Keto - go with Konscious Keto Plan!

I am losing slowly but am losing. The meals are very good and easy to prepare. I am 76 years old so didn't expect to lose quickly. I am on a lot of medication and that probably accounts for some of the stalling in weight loss. I am very pleased that I do not get hungry and do not have a lot of cravings even though I am not eating sugar. I have had 2 strokes and other health problems so most plans don't work for me. I do love the fact that I can have a dessert now and then. Most are very good and satisfying. So far I am sticking to the plan except some days I do the left overs instead of cooking a new meal. I will use the meals later. I am trying to increase my exercise to hopefully lose a little faster and also to gain some strength.

Food is delicious and simple to prepare. I lost 6lbs in four weeks but more important is that I learned to do Leto and to assimilate it as a life style that I can stick to. I really recommend this program!!!

I came down with Covid last year and then with the restrictions at the gym, I quit going and progressively put the weight that I had worked so hard to lose back on and I was miserable. I have a lot of food allergies and wasn’t sure if it would work for me. So happy to report, I have been able to work with most of the recipes and the food has been delicious! I am back in the gym and the weight is coming off!

Not very much in the way of lbs but all my clothes are more roomy , had to buy smaller underwear . Would love the ability to say I’m in ketosis but again it seems to evade me or the sticks don’t work , I started a keto life style in April learning a lot and really like the concept I do not miss sugar at all and I bake a lot and monk fruit works in all my recipes

Started 18 days ago and I've lost 14lbs and I feel so much better. No more upset stomach or heartburn I have more energy and no more brain fog. Best part is everything I've eaten has been so yummy especially the desserts! I don't crave for anything anymore.

I have struggled with my weight forever, and I have tried so many “diet” plans. None ever worked for me. When I found Konscious Keto, I gained a meal plan the tools to use that actually work. I am the person who steps backward on the scale at the doctor’s office so I don’t have to face the number, so I’m not sure how much weight I have lost in my first few weeks. I do know that I have lost about an inch and a half off my waist and I feel SO much better! This is an easy “lifestyle” change (not a diet) that I am very grateful for. I am looking at nutrition from a whole new prospective. I love it!

i have been unable to start program. Had surgery 6/2 and will be unable to start it anytime soon. I received and copied week one but thought I was to get 2 more weeks. Went to http//simpleketosystem.com/mealplan and it brought up a bunch of web sites. When I chose simple keto it had me go back through selection of menu. Please advise

I've lost 15 pounds in two weeks and my husband 17 pounds, so we are pleased with the results so far. We are finding the amount of time preparing meals is difficult to keep up with both working full time and a child in the home. Something I am seeing is way too much cheese in your meal plans most every day and sometimes more than once per day and was surprised with processed deli meats in the meal plans as well.
