I have lost 7 lbs. in 2 weeks. The recipes are very easy to make and require only a few ingredients usually in stock already.

The recipes make the diet much easier and they are "down to earth" recipes with ingredients you already have at home. Also, they are very easy to make and so good! My husband is doing the diet with me and amazingly, he is enjoying it and loves the food I make from your recipes.

I've been doing Konscious KETO for a month now and have lost 9.7 pounds. I love the recipes, I love how the app provides nutrition, it's so easy to make and so yummy! I don't have to eat bacon everyday (which was always odd to me when I heard that's what KETO is all about). I plan to follow this plan and make it my lifestyle, it's not hard at all! Also, I ordered shakes and they're pretty delicious!

Wednesday will be 3 weeks and I'm down 9 pounds...seems ive kind of hit a stopping point, but holding strong....love all the recipes, everything is delicious .

I wish I had received something in the mail for the $40 I spent. I like the recipe meal plan though. I just thought I would get something in the mail.

I am a type 2 diabetic and within the first week my blood sugar went from over 230 down to 150. I had some days where it was 125!
I am also down 15 pounds in just the 2 weeks I have been following this plan.
The recipes are great and easy to prepare. I have several that my family tried right along with me and want me to make again.
I love how it is making me feel about myself and how fast the results have been. I tend to give up when I try something and don't see any results!
