I dont like that I can not find lice support. I don't see any difference in my " upgrade". I heard from a coach at the very beginning she Saud she wiuld text me her number she never did so I have no way to get a hold of her. She called one other time and asked if I needed help I said yes and she said she would call right back that was about 4 weeks ago. I purchased the keto activate and it makes me gain weight. But once again Noone to address the problem. Every tip I read seems to back fire. Only the first couple of weeks seemed to have good recipes. I don't think I'll continue with this plan. I better on my own.

I am trying really hard to stick to the plan. I only work part time, but those days I work are 10 hour days and I am glued to a desk that I even have to eat lunch at without leaving. So, between working days with long hours and no exercise and then balancing my days off with spending time with my grandkids, it is hard sometimes to find the time to fix a good meal for my husband and myself. It is especially hard to find the time to fix breakfast and lunches. But, I am doing as best I can, and I have lost around 7 pounds. It's not a lot, but I do feel better about the way I am eating and I am definitely drinking a LOT more water.
It helps that the meal plans are fairly simple with simple ingredients. And they are really easy to modify to fit our tastes. All in all, I am very pleased with the meal plans and my slow progress. I will definitely be continuing the plan and look forward to the new weekly menus. Thanks!!

I enjoy the recipes and the advice on how to eat in a more low carb way. It has helped with my cravings and binge eating. I have found the company to be responsive when I ask questions. I am, however, disappointed that even when I asked, they did not give me breakfast recipes with enough protein in them- Indeed, most of those recipes are fat with very very little protein. I always have to add protein to my meal. They also don't have any way to add custom meals or modifications to their recipes, so while I eat in a low carb way, I can't use their platform to reflect that.

Being new on the keto plan the first two weeks were horrible because it seemed like I couldn't figure it out. But once I started reading comments from others, reading labels and walking and exercising at least 5 days a week drinking a lot of water I got this and I love it. I lost inches in 2 weeks but I will post a picture in another 2 weeks I am very proud of myself for not giving up I must reach my goal for me. I have loved the Keto eating plan since I first tried it. My body responds so well to it, and I just feel better in so many ways. I have found that the foods I no longer eat on this plan are just not worth cheating to have at the cost of feeling great and losing weight.

I have so much more energy! I’ve lost about 7lbs. My inches haven’t seemed to change but my clothes fit better. The meals are great but there are some I haven’t tried. I’m by myself so I can’t go every week to buy different things when my fridge and freezer are full. I’ve ordered some keto activate today. I’m hoping it will give my weight loss a boost. I have been following the recipes and diet for almost 4 weeks and lost 3 lbs. I’m thinking I have to switch to a Weight Watchers diet or try something else. I wish there was more help when there is a problem losing weight and not just comments from others about how happy they are , they’re losing weight , they love the taste of the food. Keto activate and the greens really don’t taste good but I am drinking it hoping that anything will help.

Started the program Feb. 6,2023 at 197 lbs. today, I am down 8 lbs and 6 inches total. All the recipes have been easy to follow/prepare and all have been tasty! I have missed filling out the diary several times. Would like to be able to log common items that I eat which are not in the recipe library. My one noticeable craving has been macaroni and cheese when I’ve made it for the grandkids. I have found that when others are eating cookies or pastries, and I know I’m not hungry, I have been able to take a big sniff of whatever they are eating (especially works with chocolate). Have not eaten sugar, pasta, potatoes, bread or Dr. Pepper in a month! Here’s to carrying on!

I have been on it for five weeks. I only lost 5 pounds. But I really like it. I’m working very hard and making all the food. Sometimes I will make one breakfast and take another days lunch and I think I have made the mistake with making getting more carbs that way. So I’m more careful now.. The food is fabulous. i am finding the recipes delicious and easy to prepare and by and large very satisfying. However, after 6 weeks I have only lost 4 pounds! In looking at the calorie count of each day I think for me I am consuming too many calories. i am almost 76 and 5'2" and exercise regulaly at least 5 days a week. I really would like to have some feedback from you of how I can break this plateau.

My husband has been eating the meals along with me, both of us lost 4 pounds and then with Christmas and the holidays gained a couple back. We are now back to seriously following the recipes and all and are getting back on track having re-lost the holiday gain.
So far most of the meals are good, we have had a few that fall into the never again category, but we have also noticed an increase in our grocery shopping costs.
Hopefully we will both hit our goals making the increase worth it.

I do love the fact that you can eat eggs, cheese, meats, variety of veggies I do love the keto chocolate active shake. Very tasty & I put it in pudding, cakes, etc. Haven't tried the supplements.
I don't know if you want to use my review.... I've already lost 100#s B4 keto. I wanted to try keto just to see if the ketogenic would burn my belly fat. I'm at my goal weight, my Dr even told me not to loose anymore. Enjoyed the plan while I've done it, but can't pursue this. Great seminar with Brian, also.

Over the past year, I have tried many other eating plans, programs, and products as menopause has graced me with an extra 40 lbs. I don't consider myself a picky eater, but I had to quit the last eating plan I tried because the food was...well...repulsive. Other plans gave me macros and calories to work with, but then it was up to me to decide what I ate--that gave me too much leeway to veer off course. I love the Konscious Keto plan for so many reasons. First and foremost, the recipes allow me to eat delicious food! I love clean eating, and the recipes do not contain gunky processed products. I had also gotten out of the swing of cooking. Now I love it again--it helps when you're making something simple yet yummy! My husband loves the food too and eats what I make for myself for dinner. It also helps to have a day-by-day recipes for meals and snacks provided for me to follow--no figuring out what to eat! Yay! I'm never hungry and there are always delicious keto alternatives to satisfy my non-keto food cravings. I say all of this after 6-8 weeks with the KK program, and not having lost many pounds or any inches. But I have confidence in the process, and believe in the science. My body will shed the pounds when it's ready. Menopause is not kind, and neither is my thyroid disease, so it may take me longer than other people. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy the awesome food and extreme helpful coaches and counselors.

The weight loss is slow, but the health benefits are immediate. My blood sugar has leveled right out and I have energy, my joints are not as sore and the inflammation has decreased greatly. The meals are great and I like that I can pick and choose which ones I want to make. Planning ahead is key and making meals to put in the freezer is a great idea. I am in this for the long haul and with each week providing new and exciting recipes it will be easy to keep going.

I just received my subsequent order of Keto Activate. I put this in my coffee and shakes. I have to add a little sweetener to it because it is a little too bitter for my taste. It gives me energy that I need to get through my workouts. My sticks are now darker in color. I am happy about that. The numbers on my scale are falling. My scale was being bad and not telling me what I wanted to hear. She loves Keto Activate also because she is finally out of the corner. Happy days!

I went on a Keto diet 5/6 yrs ago and I came down to the last 5 pounds and stalled. Then I got sick, my thyroid went into a tizzy, I got Meniers and my body packed on 65 pounds that I couldn’t get rid of. Then at the end of March after a bilateral mastectomy; I was reading about this women’s keto diet and decided I was going to try it. Well, so far so good. I started out at 175, and I told myself I am going to be diligent and go slow and not be disappointed if I am not loosing every week. So in my 4th week I stalled to 170, I am now ending my 5th week, starting my 6th and I am now at 169. I feel pretty good about doing this diet. The recipes are amazing and I can eat any of the meals at different meal times or a smoothie if I don’t want to eat. I really do appreciate being able to chat with a counselor and feel I really got a great answer. I am enjoying keto this time. Thank you!
