I totally love Activate, it’s delicious and it takes away hunger. I’ve lost over 100 lbs. I’m so so happy I found Konscious Keto.

I ordered keto activate because I was diagnosed with pre diabetes. In trying to lose at lest 10 to 15 lbs and after doing extensive research on this product I thought I’d found what I needed. I was hesitant at first once it arrived I started off with half a scoop to see how it affected me. I felt nothing in the 2 weeks with half a scoop and moved up to one full scoop. About a half an hour later my stomach was cramping so badly it at times took my breath. After a month not only did I not lose a pound, I gained 4 more pounds. The 30 day refund policy doesn’t give you much time so my $73 and change is gone. I was eating a low carb diet to begin with but eating more fat to surly didn’t help as it added more weight with the keto active did nothing. If I’d lost 2 lbs that would’ve been something at lest. I’m so disappointed it didn’t work but more so because I believed in this product so much I spent money I couldn’t really afford to spend. I wouldn’t have given one star if I didn’t have to.. Very disappointing to say the lest….

I order the chocolate truffle and tried it in my coffee did not like it very bitter even using munk fruit. But then I started experimenting and added strawberry's with almond milk and I love it I didn't know about the other flavors so know I ordered the chocolate shake to see if that taste any better in coffee I love my coffee in morning .Thank you for this product i havs lost about 4 lbs for my 1st week i really only have to lose about 30 lbs i was 147now 143 so I am pleased with my results hope i can get down i am 4 ft 10 and it's hard 3. lbs on me shows i have trouble moving around with this extra weight all on top back belly thank you keto,

Something is happening, I think… I hope… but the pounds on the scale say otherwise thus far. I’m ordering another container of it to keep trying it.

This product is supposed to be delicious, but it really does not taste very good. However, when I put it in coffee, it’s tolerable.

I had great difficulty getting into and staying in ketosis prior to using the Keto Activate due to my age and physical disabilities. The only downside is how frequently it is out of stock when I try to reorder.

All of the the shakes are fantastic and taste great. But the Keto Activate Dark chocolate truffle won't work for me. I had a allergic reaction to it.. Loved it. It taste amazing. I made it with hot water to make it seem like it was hot chocolate !! But I have a friend that is doing Keto too so I gave it to her. She loves it too. Im doing great on this new healthy life style. My family seems to like most of the recipes.

I’m very sorry I do not have before pictures because I weighted so much I couldn’t stand to look at my picture so I never allowed anyone to take my picture. When I started Konscious Keto I weighed 246 lbs. in the picture I’ve posted I have just reached 199 lbs. Still a lot but 47 lbs gone. Never could have done it without Konscious Keto products, meal plans and help from all the wonderful Konscious Keto staff. They are ALWAYS there to help anyway they can and give tons on encouragement. If your looking for dropping a few lbs or even 50 or more. Your looking at the place that WILL help you anyway they can. I will look for pictures of me before I started Konscious Keto, IF I’m able to find one. I will post so you can see my transformation. Stay tuned because I plan on losing another 47 lbs.

It’s so easy and I could talk about Konsious Keto for hours. You get recipes for all day long for all week long that are no-brainers and delicious so easy to prepare. You can go out to dinner anywhere you want and find stuff that you can eat. You can find lots of stuff when you go out to eat. I love the keto activate. I start to panic when I’m only have a half a container left. Recently I tried the chocolate shake OMG if you like chocolate you will love this shake. I put them both in my coffee in the morning. I drink iced coffee and I tell you they are so good and they fill you up that I have to force myself to have some thing to eat. Normally I wouldn’t tell anyone this, but when I started Konscious keto I was very close to 240 pounds as of today I am 199 pounds some people may not think that’s an accomplishment but I tell you I feel like a whole new woman. I have now made a new goal and that’s going to be 170 pounds and I will continue until I am 150 pounds and at that point if I decide then I will make a new goal. I turned 66 in August of this year. I wish I would have known about this fantastic product when I was in my 20s I would’ve been a much happier person and I tell you I know my life would have been much different. I used to avoid going out in public matter of fact, I hated going out in public, and now I’m the first one in the car to go. I believe I’ve been on diets since I was probably 12 years old and nothing has ever helped me like Konscious Keto. So needless to say, I am very happy with myself and I’m also very proud of myself. I never ever thought this product would help me. It has changed my life even though I’m not 120 pounds but someday soon it’s a possibility if I decide I want to go down that low, if you have any doubts about trying this product, don’t. You will be so happy that you did. I know I am. Their recipes are so easy to follow and you don’t need to be a millionaire to do this diet. I don’t even like calling it a diet so I’m going to say you’ll so enjoy your new life eating the healthy way.

Well it’s not working because you haven’t sent my order yet . I paid 149.00 for my order and haven’t received it since you got activate back in on Labor Day.

I have lost about 22 pounds thanks to the keto shake as well as much better eating and exercise. I feel more energized and better about myself.

I've been on the diet for approximately 5 weeks, and primarily went on it to address major inflammation that I have been having. the shake is great . recipe I tried was great too . but I had problems with finding my recipes that was suppose to be catered to me . which it wasn't not . I am allergic to tomatoes and most of the meals had tomatoes . and if i took them out then there was just meat . and I am not to found of just meat .

Love how easy to just add to my morning coffee. I use it several times a week and just add 1/2 a scoop to the 1st 2 cups of coffee in the morning. Very happy with the results so far. I have had trouble getting started. So I am way behind in the weeks. I'm still fixing the meals on the first week. One reason is I live alone. Some of the meals are for several servings. So I keep eating leftovers until I finish that recipe. The menu recipes are really good. My only trouble is the chicken recipes. At 450° the chicken breasts come out dry and tough. So the last recipe with chicken breaststroke i tried the recipe called for 375°. It came out much better. So I have several cooked chicken breaststroke in the refrigerator that I dont want to eat. Maybe I can put them in a soup? I have used the majority of menus in the first week.

I have lost weight every week since I started. The first week I lost 4 pounds. The second week I lost another 4 pounds. Week three I lost 1 pound and I didn’t get discouraged by this smaller weight loss because I did have over a glass of wine a few days and I did cheat with a small amount of carbs. The beauty is though that I still did loose that 1 pound!! On week 4 now and I weigh myself on the weekend she I have not weighed in yet. I love the food; very delicious and satisfying!!! I am an RN and today at work two of my colleagues that I haven’t seen for a while said, “hey you look like you lost some weight.” I could not of been happier! I smiled from ear to ear and said, “well yes I did and thank you for noticing”. I walked away smiling and feeling full of joy!!!!! This keto plan works and is smart and healthy. Keto Activate does what it is designed to do. It gives me energy and helps me feel full so I am able to skip a meal. I also drink plenty of water in the morning as I have low blood pressure. Drinking water and Keto Activate gets me thru the morning.

The flavor is very "chocolately" so I don't need much in my shakes. But, very tasty and cures my urge for sweets. Much healthier choice.

Losing weight is difficult the older I get. At my worst I was 240. I slowly got down to 190. But then I was stuck! That’s when I decided to go on the keto diet. It wasn’t easy. I set my goal to lose 15 pounds. I gave up the foods I love. I bought the accelerate chocolate power. It tastes good and satisfied my cravings. I also found substitutes for my favorite foods. I’m now down to 175. My next goal is to lose ten pounds by March.

The taste is a bit strong for me. So I add about a tablespoon of cream..Perfect!! I have trouble getting into ketosis, but this does help me keep my blood Suger in the healthy range. My a1 c has been normal for a year.
