I am having difficulty. I have been on a diet forever. I have lost weight but always seem to gain it back plus more. I try to have a mind set of not diet but life style change. In January of this year I started Eat Like A Bear. It was helping me, but on my birthday I wanted to eat cake and so I did and I can’t stop eating sweets. I gained 10 pounds and can’t seem to quit eating things I should not eat. I saw your keto plan and order the meal plans. But I just can’t seem to stop eating sweets. I feel like a lost cause and am so depressed. My husband has a sweet tooth and when go over to babysit grandchildren they also have sweets. I try so hard but then give in. I have had both knees replaced and feel great but can’t go on walks because I always fall. I know I just have to do it’s and I try every morning. Maybe today will be the day.

I love having a weekly meal plan made for me with the foods I actually like. That was my downfall before this plan, was planning healthy meals which I failed at.

I've lost seven pounds the first two weeks. Holding steady right now but not discouraged. I've made one recipe otherwise I'm eating no sugar except some fruit. All gluten free and non GMO. Incorporating bacon and eating lots of eggs. Exercise starts soon then I hope to see more weight come off.

The recipes takes the guess work out of what to eat. You stay within your boundaries. With exercise you can loose at least 1 to 2 pounds a week. The meals are still fresh and not repeated

I have enjoyed - not thinking or planning. I needed this. Not doing plan 100% as I add a bit of healthy homemade bread and pasta now and then. I was on a drug that caused weight gain. Off that now and working on losing weight. So far so good. Coming off slow but coming off.

I have followed a clean eating/ keto style of eating as much as I could for many years but wasn't losing much and would easily put it on again. I found with konsciousketo meals that I am actually eating more food and more calories and more types of food. I was skeptical to see more calories and food but have found it easy to do, loved having lots of recipes to choose from that suited the time and place and what I could take with me for lunch or snack. I did fill this out last week but happy to do again. I will need to get into more exercise now. I have given up golf due to vision problems but can walk the course with my husband 2 days a week. I dance once a week but I need to plan walks other mornings. I am going to keep following the keto as it has all my favourite foods. Friends keep telling me to try their diets but I can stick to keto because of the foods I love so much and have been my go-to foods most of my life and I know I have been successful on keto and going into ketosis before. I don't feel hungry. I feel tired but that is due to some sleep apnea so will be getting help for that. Thank you for the recipes!! Yumbo!

Some of the meal that I like when I got the week meal plan. They didn't tell you how to cook or what temp. to cook them on. Over all it is hard for me but I keep trying. I will get it. It does help me to go walking and exerices more. that I like. Thank you Ruth

I chose the diet..asked my husband to join me. He is the cok in our home so I needed him to be apart ofthe diet plan. It is nowour 4th week. The meals have been very good that we chose to eat. If one dinner was not right we did another or repeated one we liked.
It has been not so easy to eat all exact meals daily. Reasons are: time we eat breakfast, selction for that day to meet our appetite, being sure we bought the product to make the dish, and over all though we have done fairly well. The dinner is always the best meal of the day but I find I can't eat all the food. I keep for another my left over. I should breakfast when we do eat is easy and good.
What I need to know and as my husband too will we lose if we do't follow daily meals perfect?
I think I have lost 12 pound in 4 week and my husband around 20. He was more bloated than me.
We unfortunatley have not being walking or doing any excerises. We have a 3 story home so we have lots of stairs to walk daily. Once the winter weather leaves we will be out walking -hopefully- at 75 it takes a lot of will power and finding the energy to want to walk!
That is all I can express at this time.

It is early for me to write this review but saying that, I am enjoying the recipes. The week to week recipe choices keeps me eating the healthy way. I am not quite at the stage of eating only Keto friendly dishes but do find that they are making me less hungry and more energetic. If I eat things like pasta or pizza I try to reduce my portions and have them less frequently. I would recommend others to eat the Keto way and begin their own journey, to feel better and healthier, as I am starting too feel.

I do not gain or lose weight easily - so I was quite skeptical about this program. I have found your customer service excellent, and my questions have been answered very quickly. The meals are very tasty and are not costing too much more than my usual budget.
I have lost about 4.5 lbs in three weeks which is very reasonable, considering I'm over 65. So far I am liking the program and have been able to stick to it on a regular basis.

The meal plan does all of the thinking for me. I don't have to spend hours finding recipes. They even send me a grocery list. I pick the meals I want to make and eat leftovers if I don't like a meal. I can also substitute certain things in the recipe if I don't like certain ingredients. It really has variety and I don't miss out on desserts. It was one of my top 5 best decisions I have made in my life. It has been a real game changer.

As expected I initially lost weight quickly and then halted, even gained a pound and then stayed even for a few days. I do like the recipes and the fact that I can switch them. Because I live alone, there is some waste of fresh vegetables so I try to switch meals to use them up. I can't seem to find ingredients for the keto shakes in Canada but love the fat bombs. I've always been an avid fruit eater so am still missing those foods. But I'm not hungry. My weight is slowly decreasing now and I'm happy with that because I'm not very active and walk with a cane.

I feel better cleaning out my system from all of the unhealthy foods I've consumed that were not good for me. I will have 1/4 cup of rice if out to eat paired with grilled chicken and steamed veggies. I may have a slice of toast with a boiled egg and 1/2 avocado for breakfast. Getting into Keto was terrible!!I don't want to that again, my stomach was painful, soar internally for about a week.

I just finished week 2 and have only lost 4 lbs. I’m trying to look at this as a journey and not a race so I’m going to keep trying. I’m not one that likes to eat fatty food or lots of bacon, so this Keto plan works for me and so far most of the recipes are easy to make and taste delicious! Hopefully as time goes on, I will lose more weight and become better at navigating what foods are best for me.

unfortunately I am not seeing any results, however I do drink alcohol at night so this may affect the results. This week I exercised twice (first time in years) and I have gained 300 pounds :( two days of this week I have missed one one per day due to the time I have got out of bed though so have only eaten two meals on those days. Loving the food though :)

I used to count calories and not lose weight as I was eating the wrong type of food way too much sugar and carbs. This is such a easy program to follow and works great for me who is not a fan of cooking and wants to spend minimum time food prepping and needs easy to follow recipes. Like that it caters to personal likes and dislikes and you have coaches on hand to support. One month in it has been slow and steady for me with 2kg down but I didn’t have a big number to lose. For me as an epileptic it’s more a lifestyle decision very very happy.

Although I have been so busy & have not had the time to properly follow the plan I have read all the literature and have been inspired by the food photos in the meal plans which has led me to use some of them and copy the idea of platters for lunch. As a result by changing from bread and cakes and pies to more plant based but yummy food choices I have lost 2 kgs and even though we have been caught having to eat a small amount of bread or carb based food at xmas social functions we have still maintained our weight loss. My husband who has been able to benefit from my new regime has lost even more weight than me and we are both delighted and keen to dig in more after the holiday season is over.

The main reason that I joined is because I did not want to have to try and come up with meals on my own to bring down my A1C. I have been doing the plan with one hiccup. Got back on tract and am still doing well. I'm down 10 lbs and very happy with the plan. Blood sugar reads 125 and under every day. It took a little while for it to drop, but now Im steady. The food is wonderful and easy to make. Love this plan and cannot wait to loose more weight.

I’m on week 4 now , I think I’m down maybe 6lbs. Trying to plan correctly is difficult though. While the recipes are amazing , my only wish is they were in smaller servings. The first week I got my grocery list and hit the ground running! But I wound up with SO much food it would take me two weeks to eat it all! Now that I’m in week four I can choose from a mix and match of produce. I only cook for myself and occasionally 1 other person, having a smaller recipe option would be wonderful!!!

I'm not having the cravings like I had before. I'm steadily losing not JUST weight but body fat as well. I have a body composition scale that tells me weight, body fat, BMI, water and I think something else but not 100% sure. And the last time I tried to lose weight I would lose weight ... but as that number came down the body fat % number would go up. OH it tells what your muscle % is. I just remembered. I'm on a very fixed income right now because I'm disabled (and trying to get my Bachelor's degree) so getting some of the stuff needed for these recipes is hurting my budget a little bit. But I can't handle being this big anymore. I wanted to get a couple of the shake mixes for days when I have to get my granddaughter to Pre-K or my energy level is down and pain level is up and need something fast but even with that generous offer at the time I signed up there was just no way I could do it. But I did get the one year plan! And I'm happy I did.

I’m just getting started so not much difference in looks. I feel better. Some things are very expensive so I’m sticking to the real foods on plan. My body is very resistant to weight loss so it’s coming off more slowly than most people on plan. At least I’ve seen some loss so I will stick with it. I had gotten away from cooking. Now I cook atleast 2 meals a day. There is always enough left overs that I don't have to cook lunch. I just fix a salad or heat up left overs. I just started the 6th week. O am down 18 pounds and best of all have been able to significantly decrease my diabetic medication.
