Ok, almost all, but this one recipe we created here at Konscious Keto is probably our favorite. It's tried-and-tested, super easy, and only has a few ingredients.

Strawberry Ricotta Pancakes
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tbsp Xantham gum
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of ricotta
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup of Keto Shake
- Blend the ingredients together in a mixer.
- Add a knob of butter to a hot frying pan. Gently add the batter to the hot frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Top with keto whipped cream, sliced almonds, and strawberries. You can also use sugar-free maple syrup and dust with keto confectioners sugar.
