Strawberry Ricotta Pancakes10 minutes

Makes: 3 servings

- 4 organic eggs
- 1/4 tsp xantham gum
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of ricotta
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop of Keto Shake in strawberry or chocolate
- Blend the ingredients in a mixer.
- Gently add the batter to a greased, hot frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Top with keto whipped cream, sliced almonds, and strawberries. You can also use sugar-free maple syrup and dust with keto confectioners sugar.
