You can add almost any toppings you like to change this up, but we think this classic strawberry treat will become a family favorite.
It's incredible now how many grocery stores are carrying sugar-free and keto-friendly syrups, toppings, keto berries, and nuts that you can use to jazz this recipe up!
Are you ready to give it a flick of the wrist? Let's go!
Here's what you'll need.
- 4 organic eggs
- 1/4 tbsp xantham gum
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of ricotta
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop of Keto Shake in strawberry or chocolate
Here's what to do.
- Blend the ingredients together in a mixer.
- Gently add the batter to a greased, hot frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Top with keto whipped cream, sliced almonds and strawberries. You can also use sugar-free maple syrup and dust with keto confectioners sugar.
