I am losing the weight a pound or two at a time, but that's probably how it came on. The more in tune I am with the program, the faster it comes off. Sometimes it's just the way I feel in my clothes more than what the scale says. The food is great!!

i started about 2 weeks ago, not doing the daily plan but eating keto. i made the cheesecake fat bombs without the fake sugar, cut up 3 strawberries in the recipe instead. i have been having only coffee till late afternoon, then having 'brunch' and a few hours later dinner. 'brunch' is 2 eggs and avacado, snack (after brunch) is celery with cream cheese. then dinner is a protein, keto veggies, and one ice cube of fat bomb and sometimes a sugar free low carb cookie (bought). lots of water. have lost 4 pounds so far. i also started a half hour stretch routine as i had hurt my back right before i started keto. my husband made a broccoli cauliflower cheese casserole that is yummy. because of the water intake i am adding electrolites and because of the anticipated weight loss, have started collagen. what else? tomorrow is my birthday and i have made deviled eggs and celery and cream cheese to bring to the family picnic, we are going out to dinner at a restaurant that has a lovely steak salad. i will have one 9 oz glass of merlot - can't wait!!
