Fat Burning Keto Cookie Recipes

by Olivia Carleton -

Love cookies? Want to lose weight? What if you can have your cookie and eat it too? No, it's doesn't sound too good to be true, we do this every day.

These incredible keto cookies are not a chip off the old block. Each one tastes like the ooey gooey keto cookies of your childhood, all with the fat-burning benefits of the keto diet.

Keto cookies are similar to fat bombs, except they taste like cookies. The goal is to get some tasty, health-giving fats into your diet in a delicious way.

You can add in tasty fats like macadamia nuts, coconut oil, peanut butter, and other yummy keto treats. Have fun trying new flavors like coconut flakes and dark choc or use natural extracts for a kick of flavor. We love orange and dark choc.

Best of all, keto cookies are easy to make and very affordable. You can spice them up to suit your taste, or leave them as a classic twist on your favorite chocolate chip cookies.

The trick is to make simple substitutions like using almond flour and keto-friendly sweeteners instead of flour and sugar.

By making these small changes, your cookie will become a secret fat-burning tool you can use for breakfast, lunch, or even a snack.

And, as your not depriving yourself of the foods you love, you won't feel like you're on a diet or even losing weight. It's super-genius, and why thousands of people are in love with the keto diet.

The more ketones you have the more fat-burning opportunities your body has to do for itself, so tuck in and snack on these tasty treats guilt-free. And when someone asks what's your secret, point them to this page!

If you prefer a more chocolatey taste, you can add Keto Activate to the following recipes. Add about a half scoop to keto cookies to improve your quality of ketosis and to help your body produce more ketones.
