Keto Shamrock Shake

You don't need the Luck o' the Irish - or the help of a fast food joint - to whip up this delicious Keto Shamrock Shake! 

Packed with delicious, healthy fats from the avocado and keto whipped cream, this guilt-free shake is pure bliss and we just can't get enough of it here at Konscious Keto.

Not only can this snack help you reduce your sugar cravings but also it will help to hit your fat macros, and finally quit sugar once and for all!

Oh, and did we mention it only takes 5 mins to pulse together? Joy! 

So do yourself a favor and say no to the drive-thru (the brand name version contains a whopping 115g of sugar per serving!) and make this at home.

Serving Size: 8 oz

Macros: Calories: 303 | Net Carbs: 3g | Fat: 4g

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of coconut milk 
  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener 
  • 1 scoop Keto Shake, Creamy Chocolate
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Optional: garnish with chopped sugar-free choc chips

Instructions: 

  1. Add the coconut milk, avocado, Keto Shake, ice and flavor extracts into a high-speed blender, and pulse until creamy smooth. 
  2. Top with keto whipped cream or sugar-free choc chips if desired. 

Note: You can add more or less flavor to your preference, some brands do pack more of a punch than others do!

All that's left is to whip up a serving of shenanigans to boot.
