I was very intimidated by the thought that I would have to be in the kitchen preparing 4 meals a day, but I must say it is easier than I thought. I do wish there was a way to use ingredients to add to your diary though instead of matching it best you can with one of the recipes. Having that search feature would also help you find recipes with the ingredients you have on hand.

I lost between 20-25 lbs. I am on my second year. The benefit besides looking better, is nothing hurts. Eliminating sugar helps inflammation. I exercise everyday. Mostly water aerobics or a 30 minute You Tube exercise class. However, I have exercised my whole life. I am 79. I cook almost every meal. I gain every-time I eat out. Either I eat too much or there is hidden sugar. I also intermittent fasting and eat my first meal at 1 pm. I use Keto Activate in my coffee and also MCT oil.

While it's been a challenge to get started, I feel so much better now that I've adopted a ketogenic diet. I especially like the support from the Facebook group and the meal plan with grocery lists help me out so much!

While I love your app, I would love to be able to start over and choose my week. When I originally started, I didnt actually start that first week so I have always been off a week or two and it has thrown me off since day one. Then when I got sick it set me off a few more weeks. I would love to be able to start over and choose the week I am on so that when I check in each week, I can choose my week and not feel like a failure and have to skip everything each time and can actually answer honestly each question each week.

I had gained over 25 pounds during Covid, became pre-diabetic, had fatty liver, tingling in my arms and legs, and constant acid reflux and knew I needed to change my way of life. Luckily, I found an ad for Konscious Keto and tried the 28 day plan. I was so impressed with the menus, I signed up for the 1 year program. I’m halfway through the 5th week of the menus and I have lost 16 pounds, 9 1/2 inches, my recent labs have come back all within limits, and the tingling and reflux is almost gone. This great plan has taught me to read labels and be so aware of what I’m consuming. My goal is to lose 24 more pounds, maintain that weight, and continue this way of life. Thank you!

Having the meal plan helps and it is improving weekly as it learns my likes and dislikes by using the favourite option on each recipe.
However, the weekly check in for me is a huge help as I feel accountable. I have been following for almost 3 weeks and have almost lost 7lbs . Although I would have liked this to be a higher loss, I have yo-yo dieted for a long time and am post-menopause.
I finally feel I have started a lifestyle change and will be able to stick with it, even after my excess weight has gone.
So, 43.2lbs to go to my goal and I hope at some point that I will feel sufficiently confident to share before and after photographs!

I have to admit that I have not been religious about following my meal plans and I have had off days when I have travelled. But, I am so in the habit of thinking about carbs and reading labels now...knowing what foods to steer away from. I have found other keto recipes that have filled the void where I have a craving. I think the food is absolutely beautiful and I am looking forward to having a prep day where I can get a bunch of things done and in my freezer! I am really enjoying this!

I’d highly recommend this eating lifestyle to anyone wanting to feel better, eat healthier & have their body feel better. Although I’m allergic to dairy this program is still possible. I do have to add MCT oil to make sure I’m getting enough healthy fats. I have fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome & horrible lower intestine problems… all are getting so much better on this lifestyle eating program! I’d already cut dairy, sodas, gums, gluten from my intake for 15-25 years & yet my stomach issues just kept getting worse. Feeling so much better!

I've lost about 13 pounds since joining up about 5 weeks ago. I wish we were able to choose more foods that we like or dislike. Will still keep at it even though I haven't lost anything now for the past week. I always look forward to seeing the recipes for the week. I don't really feel any different since starting keto but we'll see what happens.

It is hard to stay focused when I am with other people. I guess it will be a constant struggle. After awhile people don’t cater to you like they did. I have to eat before I go out, I exercise everyday.
Some of the tricks cause weight gain like olives, celery with cream cheese . I drink Keto Activate and MCT oil
And cool ahem protein in my coffee and intermittent fast. First meal is at 1 PM.
Works for me, but still tough.

Love the variety in the meal plan and the recipes are very good! Love the idea of the weekly shopping lists...a great help. My plan, designed for my age, activity level etc has not meant a rapid loss of weight but since it's a lifestyle anyway it is working just fine for me.

Because of my age (82) and some disabilities, I am very inactive, spending most of my time on a scooter and using a walker when I go out...very seldom. With recommendations from some friends, I decided to try a keto diet. I tried it once before with no guidance...I gained weight! This time with your menus and weekly check-in, I have lost a significant amount, my blood sugar is dramatically lowered and blood pressure is perfect. This has happened in about a 6 week period. I am not shaky or nervous...never hungry between meals, cravings for sweets are gone and I feel so good! For me, I think the best part of all of this is the menus! And I never count calories or carbs...you've done it for me!
With this caveat....you need to plan ahead or you'll spend a lot of time getting each meal ready. But that is easily solved. I have plenty of time and love to cook, so for me, it's not a problem. Thank you so much.

I have met my original weight goal and have set a new weight goal. My primary physician is so pleased. He is a big supporter of the Keto diet. I feel better and look better. I have lost inches too! The meals are awesome. My wife loves preparing the meals and can't wait to try each new one. I call her my "Chef". She is eating the food and loves it too. She has lost weight even though she didn't need to lose weight and inches. HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad I extended to a year.

At 59, I had tried everything. Several years ago, I thought I could exercise myself thin and although I was fit I was actually doing a kind of violence to myself, completely wrecking my joints instead.
A keto way of eating completely flips everything I was ever told about diet. I've lost 15kg in 3 months - gently. I no longer experience 'hanger', because my blood insulin levels have evened out. The first week was a challenge but my husband ate the same as me (he's lost the same, his blood pressure is lower) and this is now just how we eat. We're not 'on a diet'. The menu plan is fantastic - varied and delicious. No more what-am-I-going -to-make-for-dinner dilemmas. When people visit, they just have what we're having, and when we eat out, we leave the carbs on the plate. No dramas.

I feel full of energy and am sleeping better which is great as menopause has reduced my sleep time. I love the food choices and am enjoying preparing food again. I have to modify our joint meals as my husband is diabetic and suffers from gastro paresis so is unable to tolerate as much fat. However he too is benefiting from a change to his diet. I have lost about 1kg per week for four weeks so am feeling great about that. I have done a lot of food shopping and have been challenged with space as we live in a motor home full time. Keto is so portable and I have managed to eat out and still maintain a keto diet. The recipes are so inspiring - I am enjoying cooking again.

I have gotten both the 28 day meal plan and the 12 month plan. Both are plans and meals have been good. But I have only lost 6 pounds thus far. I get to a point and it stops. It seems I can not get into ketotos . I see all the products, but they are just too high priced for me right now. They may be worth it, but they are not within my fixed budget. I’ll just keep trying.

Wow! Where do I start. I started with my Keto diet at 192.8lbs. I am down 15 lbs in just 7 weeks.
I am very happy. My metabolism had slowed down to a snail’s crawl. It was impossible to lose weight.
I tried every diet imaginable, but, the weight continued to climb, until I was almost 200lbs. I have
never been so big in my life. My doctor took a bunch of tests to rule out any medical problems that
maybe causing my rapid weight gain. So, I decided to give keto a try. To my surprise, it worked. I was

I love most of the food. I lost weight at first (which I'm sure was water weight) but, due to my own fault, have gained back some. My problem is still hunger in the evening but I am not giving up. I have many health issues so unable to exercise. I love that my husband is on it with me which makes it easier. He is doing great.

I am only 4 weeks into my into my life change. In 2020 set a goal to lose weight. From January to June I lost 19 pounds. Then I joined Konscious Keto and in the last four weeks I have lost 31 pounds. I am very happy with the meals. In the last 28 days I have only eaten the Simple Keto System. A big part of the program is the weekly grocery list. You could not make it easier. I try to go to the store once a week and know I have everything for the entire week. I don't always eat the straight menu due to time but am eating 3 meals a day but I may switch Tuesdays Breakfast with Fridays, ect. So far I have only eaten 3 of the snacks but it is great to know I have the list. That will come in handy further along. Living alone, I do have leftovers which is great if there is a meal I don't feel like cooking. I am not seeing the big change in my body yet, but I do notice it it the clothes I wear. I am sure in the next 10 or 20 pounds, I will be picture ready. Overall I am very pleased with the program and now am waiting on my first shipment of Keto Activate. All is going great.

i think the main thing the keto diet has done is turned back on my Leptin switch. I noticed that by default one night after the evening meal. My body now tells me it’s full. No more bags of chips or popcorn needed after dinner, and no more dessert desires. Therefore, my whole family is now eating much less and healthier food, and spending less. I like the way the meals are so tasty and easier to cook than carb-soaked meals. They are balanced and calorie conscious as well. At a special occasion recently i noticed i had a ‘no sugar coke’ for the first time in 5 weeks. Amazing !!

I started this Keto journey as a way to shed the extra weight I have put on over the last several years and to try and help regulate my body. I have suffered from chronic hives for over a year now. After a lot of research, I decided that cutting sugar and gluten was what I needed to do. I have tried intermittent fasting, day on day off fasting and cutting calories. All of them worked in the short term but in the long run, I always felt deprived and went back to my old habits. I won't say that this has been an easy transition but I can say it has been the easiest 'diet' I have ever tried. Not once have I felt that I'm missing out on something. I have had amazing meals and desserts. My kids have loved everything I've made and are even choosing to eat my 'special cookies' (Dreamy Creamy Keto Cookies) instead of Oreos. There is no way I could go on this journey without the custom meal plan and encouraging emails with tips and tricks to help me succeed on the way.
