I've had constipation problems for years off and on because of poor diet or because of the side effects of medicines I was taking. Probiotics helped for a while but then stopped working so then I would rotate between taking a probiotic pill and the next day take MiraLAX......but still there wasn't a consistency and my stools and constipation was uncontrollable and show up surprisingly too many poor timings. But now I have no problems when taking EMMA.....I do great.....but if I miss more than two days it takes a long time for my system to back into my routine.

Aside from having your customer service person interrupt my ordering of Emma and placing an order for me without my permission therefore costing me an additional order even with the 30% refund, seems Emma is working pretty good for someone subject to ongoing constipation. I just wish I could go 2 times a day; only am going once a day as yet.

I have been taking EMMA RELIEF for over a year. I love how it helps my mood. My Primary Dr. recommends that I consistently take it along with Omega XL. I am still struggling with constipation even after taking 4 EMMA daily. I am taking 6 stool softeners and 3 psyllium capsules 3 to 4 times a day. My husband takes one EMMA daily and is happy with that dose.

I’m refilling my 90 day supply because this stuff really works like it says. I feel less bloated, going regular, mentally and physically feel better, not so sluggish. I thought I wouldn’t need more because I was feeling better but you have to be consistent and continue to take everyday. I take them at night after dinner and it’s been working for me, since I don’t really eat much in the morning, it helps not get the nausea feeling on an empty stomach.

I am still not 100% regular but it is better than before. My second batch has not arrived yet and it has been 2 weeks with me having enough to last for 7 days and I am leaving on a trip tomorrow for 2 weeks so I will be without for over a week. That is not good so why so long to get the stuff to me? Your shipping charge should have covered fedex or some other carrier in a much shorter time..

I apologize for not thinking of doing a before picture. I cannot believe how much this product has helped me. I have issues with my kidneys (not diabetes) and it can make you very constipated having those problems. I noticed after just a few days that Emma started working and now I can go daily. In all other pictures of myself I would suck in my stomach, in this picture I didn't have to. Previously, my jeans were tight and there was no gap at all.

I decided to return the product because it contained huge amounts of regular vitamins in excess of the amounts I’m already taking via Centrum Silver, my doctor recommended.
I did not know the formula until opening the package & viewing the bottle’s label. I did want the specified & advertised ingredients but not the way over prescribed amount of regular vitamins. It’ll cause very expensive urine.

I had stomach problems for a few years after I had a very bad infection in my tooth. I took Emma for 6 months and my stomach went back to normal. I still take EMMA to keep my stomach working right. I didn't have any for three weeks and started to have stomach problems again. I ordered 4 more bottles and my stomach went back to normal again. I think I need it just to keep my stomach working right. I think what started the whole problem was taking medicine for my infected tooth. The infection started after getting the tooth pulled.

This product has improved my digestion a lot. I had a lot of stomach problems before I started using EMMA. I plan to keep using it so I can continue to feel good. My stomach problems started because I lifted a lawn mower into my car. It was too heavy for me to lift. I got a hernia from lifting it and after that I got stomach problems. Since taking EMMA I am feeling close to normal again. I am glad I found out about it and decided to try it.
