Custom Keto Meal Plan

My problem with eating healthy is making sure I weigh, measure, count, etc. to plan meals. I don't have the patience. Your Meal Plan does it for me. It is like I have a nutritionist/chef, but I do the cooking. Takes the tediousness out of cooking. Thank you!

Just over a month ago I began the KETO program. This has been life changing. Getting on the scale was depressing every day. The weight gain would not stop. I was so tired all the time. Every time I sat down I fell asleep. I have lost weight easily, consistantly and never have cravings that can not be tamed. This is so easy to live with. The food is delicious and easy to make. Easily the best move to healthy I have ever made.

So far I have enjoyed the Keto experience. I have dropped a little weight without having to over think. I have liked the recipes I have tried, though I still need to work on sitting down and planning my meals and shopping for.

When I first signed up for this, I followed the program and meal plan to a tee. I lost 20 pounds pretty quickly. Recently, I have been so busy with life, that I have fallen off the wagon - so to speak. I have gained weight back and feel horrible. I have been grabbing food on the go and fast food too - not only do I feel bad, I have gained weight back. I want to get back into looking at the meals and planning my weeks out and shed this weight off again for good. I need a kick start!! It is a great program if you follow it. You feel good and look good. I will start again.

Love the recipes, they make life so much more simple.

I began Keto in January. I have currently lost 25 pounds. I have very few cravings for sweets or snacky processed food. I have great energy. The meals are very doable. I enjoy trying out new things. I had to buy a belt to hold up some jeans. I am doing well with the program.

This is exactly what I needed.

I appreciate the menus using foods I would normally keep in my pantry and/or fridge. The meal plan is like having a chef, only I cook the meals. I have trouble planning ahead and end up eating junk because I don't have anything healthy of interest available. I have lost 17 pounds since I purchased the plan 11 weeks ago. I have been in a stall for several days, but I am confident it is temporary.

I really have enjoyed this Keto program! I tried a couple of programs before this one but I’ve stuck to yours the longest. In 2020 my all time high was 197!! That’s a lot for a woman standing tall at 5’1”’ I decided to cut out my Diet Dr. Pepper and that was a big start. The Noom program helped me lose 25 lbs in about 9 mo. It was great. But i was at a standstill so your keto program kept popping up on my fb and it sounded even better. I lost another 30 with keto . It’s been 2 1/2 years . It was easy to follow, delicious recipes but I’ve been falling off the keto wagon for the last 6 months and the weight is creeping back!! I would like to jumpstart back in… so what’s the best way? I have lost about 20 pounds. I feel more energetic and can get more done. I don't find myself craving sweets or other things. I work on being more consistent with servings and not visiting fast food. It has worked well for me.

I began Keto through Konscious in January . I have lost 15 pounds and dropped a full jeans size. I have more energy and managing meals in restaurants well. This program has been great for me. Thank you for the meal plans as well as the encouragement.

I’m trying to get back on program. I’ve been following this program over 2 years and have felt great and lost 45-lbs. I just started putting weight back on since October and am trying to get refocused. I tried the activate one time but I don’t think I’ve done it correctly so I’d like to try another jar. I think I’ll do it in the morning daily full scoop and really concentrate on keto friendly foods and the right amounts. It’s worked well for me . I’ve just experienced my first “falling off” the wagon!! And want to get back on!!

Great meals and most are quick to prepare. I notice good responses from customer service regarding questions by users.

I like most of the recipes. Some are no good. But I can always skip around and use the ones I like. I do wish we can add things that aren’t recipes. Because sometimes I don’t use the full recipe

I have less inflammation than I did before Keto and my waist has dropped a couple of inches. I haven't dropped as much weight because I still drink wine but the food is delicious and my cravings are minimal. Give it a try!

I am down 20 pounds since starting . I have more energy. I went out to walk and had 3.75 miles in just waking in the neighborhood.

I have been on this plan for 8 weeks. I followed the meal plans to the letter. I have seen little progress on the scale and in waist size. The meals are delcious and I love the variety and combinations of ingredients the recipes contain. I plan to stick to it and modify my daily calorie intake and see if I get better results. But I have seen no drastic changes as one reads in testimonials.

Initially lost 6 lbs. Then very little. May be my advanced age. Recipes ended almost vegetarian.

I'm constantly on the go and don't have time to spend in the kitchen trying to put together long and complicated recipes. Konscious Keto has compiled a simple and easy to follow menu selection which made it easy for me to quickly achieve a state of ketosis. The first month I've lost ten pounds. Although five of those pounds were access water, the following month I've lost at total of six pounds of unwanted fat. No diet is a cure all for someone who expects to magically make the fat to simply disappear. Like anything in life, if you want to reach your target weight, you're going have to make a, get mad at yourself, decision to stay focused and determined to see this through. Konscious Keto has made it easier for me, than I thought it would be, to loose the weight. It's only the beginning for me, but I am stoked about the results so far and intend on pressing forward until I reach my goal. I can do it and so can you. Just think, someday when you look in the mirror that you're not FAT anymore. Chances are you probably feel down about yourself because you're overweight. Just remember one thing. It's ok to fail. JUST DON'T QUIT.

After almost 4 months, I am 4 ounces away from my goal of 112. I am back in my size 4 jeans!!

The food is very good! I have more energy, and have slowly lost weight. The only complaint is that it is very hard to keep up with cooking all the meals from scratch. I try to make extra but it’s not easy. I’m way behind on my recipes. I’ve only made about half of them so far.

Since using this plan I have lost 12 pounds. The recipes are great and keep me motivated to try new foods.

Not good. Never went passed week 7 for new recipes. Put on hold for now.

I Just started but i have high hopes. I still have to get some of the groceries on the list but i do make up my own just from what i read. Due to a medical condition it takes me a little longer but i have started. i just realized how to do the diary. i will probably join for the long run

I have been on keto for awhile now but have not always been able to stay on it like I should. But I have lost 54 pounds and am now back on track of loosing weight. I love the program and the food I get to eat. Some of the recipes are for 4 to 6 servings. I am just one so I just cut the recipes in half so I don't have a lot of leftovers. It works great.

Enjoying the program. I really love making all the new recipes. My weight isn't coming down as I expected. But I feel like the inches are moving. I never measured, so don't know for sure.

Started the program February 6 at 197 lbs. at 177 today. All of the recipes I’ve tried are delicious and easy to make. I still sometimes cheat with a pastry occasionally, but not like before. And I haven’t had Dr. Pepper since Feb. 5!

I was struggling with other plans I had tried but this has been a life changer. My progress is a bit slower than I had hoped but I'm pushing through the struggles.

I started at 137 lbs. Set a goal of 125. I made that goal in 3 months. Set a new goal of 120. Made that 2 months later. I am now at 119 and have been maintaining for 4 months. I loved most of the recipes and found this to be the easiest program to follow. I am 61 years old and it was hard to lose those few pounds. This is the only program that made it possible and easy. Best of all it is easy to maintain my current weight.

I love the recipes that have helped me learn to eat well and be satisfied. I have lost 17 lbs in just 8 weeks and have not felt deprived in any way. I am encouraged by my new lifestyle.

Even though I haven’t lost much of a weight, I definitely feel better and lighter and have more energy than before. I’m on keto for a month now and have lost 3 kg. Staying positive that if I stick long enough to the plan, I’ll see more weight loss and will achieve my goal.

It's been 8 weeks, I lost 14 lbs, I have had constant headaches, they're gone, my asthma in control, my digestion is better, I was always tired, I finally feel rested and I sleep better. I don't feel hungry. Only good comments!!!

I love most of the food. Don't like soup or salmon but you give me the options to switch them out. I'm stuck weight wise. Don't know why.sometimes I think I'm getting too much fat. How can I help myself get back to losing? As far as the diet is concerned, sometimes it's too much for me. I feel good that I don't feel deprived as I did with other diets .thank you so much for all your help

I'm enjoying the recipes for the most part but have only lost four pounds in four weeks. I do find the daily diary restrictive. It doesn't allow me to record foods that are keto friendly but not on the menu. I also find that many of the meals take more preparation than I have time for, and meals that are listed as "medium" in difficulty are in reality "hard" to make, such as "Easy Peasy Poached Egg with Asparagus." I have to say I feel like the menu plans are just based on an algorithm. I don't really feel like anyone is monitoring my diary when I get the meal plan for the next week within five seconds. Even after 5 weeks, I'm getting suggestions that are absolutely not something that I want to make so I'm going back to favorite recipes and substituting meals that I like. Also, please keep the exotic and pricey items off my meal plan. I'm trying to do this and stay within our budget by using some vegetables etc. for several meals. And I would like more salads, which used to be my staple for lunches.

My spouse and I have been on the meal plan for 19 weeks today. We’ve lost over 30 and 40 lbs respectively and a lot of inches in the last 6 months. We’ve been very impressed with the meal recipes and it’s encouraged to continue from the original 28 day plan. We never thought we’d still be as excited about this process so far in but have learned it is a life long journey and truly appreciate how the recipes for easy go to ideas to make our lives easier and healthier. We are each about 10 lbs from our goal and expect we will be following the plan for a lifetime. We are very happy with our results and have made a true shift in how we approach meal time.

After trying almost every diet pill on the market I decided to find a different way of eating. I tried keto in the past but I couldn't stick with it. I don't know how I found this program but am so grateful I did. It took me about a month to watch the video and jump in. I've been faithfully using the program for about 2 weeks and have lost 2 pounds and 2 inches. The food plans are easy to prepare and quite tasty. I can't digest steak so I just find a different meal if that comes up in my plan. So far so good. Thank you for creating a plan about the same as a monthly gym membership.

Switching to a Keto food plan has made eating easier in many ways. The only foods really eliminated for me was bread and processed foods, including most sweets. Since I live alone eating and prepping meals was a chore and I found myself eating the same thing and getting bored with it. Then I would switch to easy foods, meaning snacks and junk food. It was just easy and I lost focus on how to eat in a nutritional way. Keto helps me stay on track and the meal plan is customized for single portions so I eat a variety of healthy foods that don't leave me craving sweets and other junk food. The shakes are fantastic. Eating has become fun again. Plus I'm finally losing the ten pounds I've been trying to lose for a year. I feel more energetic, balanced and healthier. I always thought counting calories and low-fat, high fiber was the way to go. Turns out as I mature that high fat, low carb and medium protein is the real answer. I shouldn't be surprised, when I was a kid I ate the same way. We never worried about fat in a meal, or calories, just eating whole healthy foods. Keto was a great choice for me and I would encourage other to give it a chance too.

I have followed the Keto diet most of the time since I started. I have lost 10 pounds so far. It seems to be coming off very slowly! The menus are mostly very good and easy to prepare. I am Hoping I can stick with this so I can lose even more.

Recipe are easy and delicious and my results have been awesome 18lbs in 7 weeks . I feel so much better in my walking and just movement. Thank you.

I love having a food plan for each week. Before joining up with this plan I was eating all the same foods and getting bored. Soon I started skipping meals and eating all the wrong stuff because I was so uninspired with preparing meals for just me. Cooking for one is not fun or interesting. The Keto plan has helped me focus on portion control and healthy tasty meal options. The recipes are simple and interesting. Eating has become fun with tasty alternatives I never would have thought of trying. Overall my health has improved, less bloating, less hunger, less cravings. Plus I love the Keto shakes. The chocolate is fantastic. The best meal replacement food I have ever tasted. The Strawberry is good also but I like the chocolate better.

The recipes are easy and yummy. Since the first 28 days ended, the website does not allow me to see the individual weeks of recipes. It shows a “filter meal plan” and a search bar, but I have to scroll through every week from the beginning. I’ve been bouncing between 7-9 pounds lost.

I’ve lost 10 pounds since January 31st. Trying to keep with the menu given to me each week. Clothes are looser and I feel great. Want to lose 5 more pounds but have been and a stand still for a few weeks.

I am enjoying the different weekly menu items. I have started a binder with my favorite recipes for faster meal prep time. Although my weight loss is not where I want it to be after 4 months, I am not discouraged and continue to stay focused.

The menus and grocery lists have given me a wonderful structure for our eating and meal prep. We have saved so much money because we always know what we are having and already have the groceries on hand. It cuts way down on impulse food orders after a long day at work. These recipes are full of healthy whole ingredients and a vast majority of them taste amazing. I have been so surprised at the number of foods I swear I don't like, but in these recipes, they end up tasty! I ordered the vegetarian meal plan as I thought I would be doing this alone, but after the first week of tasting my meals, my husband joined me. I just make him a protein to go along with the vegetarian dish. In 4 months, he has lost 25 pounds! I have lost 15. I might be a bit disappointed in my results if I didn't know that I lost 15 pounds DURING THE HOLIDAYS. I have not been even close to perfect at following the plan, but when I am, my weight goes down. I am so much more comfortable in my clothes now and I can't wait to see my results now that the holidays are over.

I’ve been sugar free for 6 weeks. I feel so much lighter and I have less aches and pains. I’ve finally dropped 2 lbs. I have eaten larger shares than was recommended because I was hungry. My appetite seems to have gotten smaller just this week. I have developed a taste for celery, cucumbers, tomatoes in a salad. I am not a baker or cook and I’m slowly getting ready to try bagels, lemon cake, and all the baked goods. My favorite breakfast is blueberries, strawberries, sliced almonds, Trader Joe’s almond, plain yogurt mixed together with a couple of packets of Whole Earth sweetener. I have finally gotten used to replacing my French Vanilla, sugar free coffee mate ( which I was addicted to) and now enjoy heavy cream and two packets of whole earth in my coffee. Checherons are great for a crunchy snack. The food is delicious and there is plenty of it and a huge selection to choose from. I’m leaving on a week vacation next week and I’m bringing my whole earth and keto snacks and I know what the healthy choices are. Hopefully, I won’t fall off the wagon too much. Keto is my lifetime way of eating.

Love the process! I’m cooking instead of eating out and eating fast foods. I feel much healthier and have lost weight. In addy my bloodwork from my recent checkup was vastly improved. The number on the scale is not moving that fast but I feel good and my clothes fit better.

I have seen a decrease in joint pains, less hot flashes and my belly and back fat has decreased. I have list 16 lbs in 3 months.

I love the recipes. The rest of the features are still being developed. I did the 1st month plan and wanted to get the 1 year special for $99. Today I went to sign up and only the monthly plan is available. So I am going to use the recipes I copied and continue on my own. I lost 7 lbs and 2 inch.

I tried the Lemon Meringue today. It was my very first shake and I LOVED IT! I went and purchased more shakes right after! Can't wait to try the Raspberry Cheesecake!

Feeling good, liking the recipes a lot, no cravings , not snacking. Not a huge weight loss so far, but the waist has gone down 4 inches. I’m sticking with this!

I have lost 7 pounds but more importantly my inflammation has gone away completely which is amazing. My cravings for sweets are gone and I am sleeping much better than I have in years. It is a little hard with cooking though as now I have to cook one meal that I can eat and then try and change it up so my husband will eat it, so that is a bit of challenge.

My journey on konscious keto has been short of amazing. I am 59 am started my journey mid July this year. I have stuck to the plan and found it very tasty , easy and life changing. I am 2kg off my goal weight and not quitting. I have lost 40 lb(18kg) and the best thing is my family love the food. This has made a huge difference as I am not cooking different meal. I have not had this bikini body since my late 20’s, however I have tried numerous other weight loss plans I love Konscious Keto and the support that the community give you is short of amazing

Makes it easy to lose weight.

I have not been following real close because my husband does not like a lot of the meals. So I try to choose ones that he will eat and sometimes make them with substitutes that he will like. And then he will stop at a fast food place and bring something home for dinner.

I loved how easy the app was to use. And, the recipes are simple and delicious! Such an easy plan to implement. Also, customer service was fantastic!!

I love the recipes. They are easy and quick but have a gourmet type taste. I have lost 18# in 30 days. I am at a plato right now, hopefully lose my other 15 # on another 2 months.

I really enjoy to cook different meal and really like I finally can eat cheese and different some delicious sweet cookies.Iam on 13 weeks on keto diet or better say healthy life eating .But I just lost first week 4pounds and now I am not losing fat and still117 one week and another week 116.6 .I would like to see some progress soon

I have never been able to diet for more then a week or two. I've been doing your keto meal plan for 16 weeks and have lost 25 pounds without exercising. It's given me energy and strength and it has definitely given me confidence in myself again. I still have more to lose but I know I'll get to my goal weight. Thank you, Ingrid.

I have lost over 15 lbs in the first few months of this program. The meals are so good and the way the plan is set up is easy to follow and stick with. Added Keto Activate and the Greens. Love both. Little expensive but very good!

I have only lost 10 lbs although, I went from size 22 to an 18 !
