I'm enjoying the recipes for the most part but have only lost four pounds in four weeks. I do find the daily diary restrictive. It doesn't allow me to record foods that are keto friendly but not on the menu. I also find that many of the meals take more preparation than I have time for, and meals that are listed as "medium" in difficulty are in reality "hard" to make, such as "Easy Peasy Poached Egg with Asparagus." I have to say I feel like the menu plans are just based on an algorithm. I don't really feel like anyone is monitoring my diary when I get the meal plan for the next week within five seconds. Even after 5 weeks, I'm getting suggestions that are absolutely not something that I want to make so I'm going back to favorite recipes and substituting meals that I like. Also, please keep the exotic and pricey items off my meal plan. I'm trying to do this and stay within our budget by using some vegetables etc. for several meals. And I would like more salads, which used to be my staple for lunches.

My spouse and I have been on the meal plan for 19 weeks today. We’ve lost over 30 and 40 lbs respectively and a lot of inches in the last 6 months. We’ve been very impressed with the meal recipes and it’s encouraged to continue from the original 28 day plan. We never thought we’d still be as excited about this process so far in but have learned it is a life long journey and truly appreciate how the recipes for easy go to ideas to make our lives easier and healthier. After trying almost every diet pill on the market I decided to find a different way of eating. I tried keto in the past but I couldn't stick with it. I don't know how I found this program but am so grateful I did. It took me about a month to watch the video and jump in. I've been faithfully using the program for about 2 weeks and have lost 2 pounds and 2 inches. The food plans are easy to prepare and quite tasty. I can't digest steak so I just find a different meal if that comes up in my plan. So far so good. Thank you for creating a plan about the same as a monthly gym membership.

Switching to a Keto food plan has made eating easier in many ways. The only foods really eliminated for me was bread and processed foods, including most sweets. Since I live alone eating and prepping meals was a chore and I found myself eating the same thing and getting bored with it. Then I would switch to easy foods, meaning snacks and junk food. It was just easy and I lost focus on how to eat in a nutritional way. Keto helps me stay on track and the meal plan is customized for single portions so I eat a variety of healthy foods that don't leave me craving sweets and other junk food. The shakes are fantastic. Eating has become fun again. Plus I'm finally losing the ten pounds I've been trying to lose for a year. I feel more energetic, balanced and healthier. I always thought counting calories and low-fat, high fiber was the way to go. Turns out as I mature that high fat, low carb and medium protein is the real answer. I shouldn't be surprised, when I was a kid I ate the same way. We never worried about fat in a meal, or calories, just eating whole healthy foods. Keto was a great choice for me and I would encourage other to give it a chance too.

I love having a food plan for each week. Before joining up with this plan I was eating all the same foods and getting bored. The menus and grocery lists have given me a wonderful structure for our eating and meal prep. We have saved so much money because we always know what we are having and already have the groceries on hand.
It cuts way down on impulse food orders after a long day at work. These recipes are full of healthy whole ingredients and a vast majority of them taste amazing. I have been so surprised at the number of foods I swear I don't like, but in these recipes, they end up tasty!
I ordered the vegetarian meal plan as I thought I would be doing this alone, but after the first week of tasting my meals, my husband joined me. I just make him a protein to go along with the vegetarian dish.
In 4 months, he has lost 25 pounds! I have lost 15. I might be a bit disappointed in my results if I didn't know that I lost 15 pounds DURING THE HOLIDAYS. I have not been even close to perfect at following the plan, but when I am, my weight goes down. I am so much more comfortable in my clothes now and I can't wait to see my results now that the holidays are over.

I’ve been sugar free for 6 weeks. I feel so much lighter and I have less aches and pains. I’ve finally dropped 2 lbs. I have eaten larger shares than was recommended because I was hungry. My appetite seems to have gotten smaller just this week. I have developed a taste for celery, cucumbers, tomatoes in a salad. I am not a baker or cook and I’m slowly getting ready to try bagels, lemon cake, and all the baked goods. My favorite breakfast is blueberries, strawberries, sliced almonds, Trader Joe’s almond, plain yogurt mixed together with a couple of packets of Whole Earth sweetener. I have finally gotten used to replacing my French Vanilla, sugar free coffee mate ( which I was addicted to) and now enjoy heavy cream and two packets of whole earth in my coffee. Checherons are great for a crunchy snack. The food is delicious and there is plenty of it and a huge selection to choose from. I’m leaving on a week vacation next week and I’m bringing my whole earth and keto snacks and I know what the healthy choices are. Hopefully, I won’t fall off the wagon too much. Keto is my lifetime way of eating.

I have been on the konscious keto system for 17 weeks. I love the recipes, they are very delicious and easy to make. I have lost over 10 pounds and several inches from my body even in menopause with little exercise due to car accident injuries.
The coaches helped me determine my creamer was keeping me from going into ketosis for my first 5 weeks and offered alternative suggestions.
I have recommended this program to many of my friends because I feel satiated from all the foods. I was on other keto programs which had me eating bacon, egg and avocado for every meal. I hadn't eaten bacon in 15 years so this wasn't a great fit for me. I craved vegetables. Konscious keto explained how I can eat vegetables on keto and their program lets me know my portion size without counting macros constantly which saves a lot of effort. I just choose a recipe and eat.

I hope my 2 pictures came up and you can see the difference! I’m kind of slow losing the weights d/t pain in legs and back. I can’t exercise or walk as I want. I’m not following the recipes very well because my work doesn’t leave me much time to cook. I do watch carbs and eat from the foods lists. My A1c has dropped to 5.7! All my other labs were normal and Dr. quite impressed! Will remain on program for awhile longer! I’m nearing my goal of 160 and feel I can continue to follow program. Money getting tight. I'm grateful to KK because I've tried a plethora of diets and none have work. I've lost some weight, but never this much and never for so long. Mostly because I was always hungry. With keto I have never been hungry and my cravings have disappeared.

In the beginning the first 28 days I did really well. Then life happened! I couldn't get to the stove to cook and it was hot outside. I was grabbing food from fast food places to stay on Keto. We left for vacation and I had some ice cream which shot me off ketosis. So now I'm starting again all over but more knowledgeable. I wish I had stayed on it closer because it is a good program. I've enjoyed talking to the coaches but I'm not sure if I'm going to sign up for that again because life happens and you don't have a place to put that down on the diet record. If I eat something different then the recipes provided there is no place to ride it down. I think that is the most difficult part. How to balance what I've eaten when there's no way to record it. It puts me back on my own and I go back to my lose it app. That's what I started with but then chose your group to help me. So there is a limitation and I am weighing that now. But still it is a good program if you only eat the food provided in the recipes.

One year ago, I purchased the KK meal plan....it was super easy and it was just the right amount of change and support that I needed to start my lifestyle change. I had always made food from scratch, but I tended to buy items that were filled with carbs like pasta and rice that would stay on my shelf for long periods of time and I was a serious stress eater. Now you will see me in the produce section of my supermarket several times a week and taking trips to the farmers market for local meats and veggies. The weight I am losing is related to being on prednisone for 6 months and going on vacation. In 5 pounds I will be back to my normal weight of 152 pounds. I would like to stop at 145.
