A couple years ago, my thyroid went haywire. While trying to get my medication straightened out, I gained 30 pounds shockingly quickly. My doctor told me it would come off as quickly as it came on. It didn't. I slowly gained another 10 pounds while trying everything to lose it: working out, intermittent fasting, low cal journaling, low carb, even ketone! I turned 50 last summer at an all time high, even heavier then when I was 9 months pregnant! Well I started Konscious Keto and have really stuck with it for 4 months. I have lost 25 pounds. 15 to go! I feel confident that the next 15 will come off. It is so convenient to use the shopping list and then just grab the recipes at meal time. I love how quick, healthy and yummy meal time is and my whole family can eat what I am eating. I am a grateful fan of Konscious Keto.

I have done keto before but it wreaked havoc on my body. As a female, it threw everything off for me and after two weeks, I abandoned the diet. I read online about this diet and how it was catered to women and what foods you specifically enjoy. I originally bought the 30 day plan prior to my wedding and was able to lose about 18 lbs. Now that I'm back from my honeymoon, I decided to purchase the 90 day plan. My only disappointment was that the 90 days included the first 30 days that I had already paid for.
