Hard to keep on in the summer

Still to new to the program to see much in the way of results. Very disappointed have to sign up for Facebook, something I will not do, to take advantage of the support site and see what others have to say. The weekly diet certainly has given me some great ideas, but I don't follow the scheduled meals I use the recipes to design my own menu. Overall I am very happy, two weeks into it I am down 16 pounds (I know mostly water but reduced bloating) and not suffering from cravings. The one time I had a question it was answered promptly and they followed up with questions for me to clarify the question I had, very nice:) Also need to add a link to the meal plan section on their site so it is easier to find, I am 63 so I forget stuff lol

It really helped me get on the right track with eating right. It helped me get a handle on my cravings and I feel like I can continue eating this way.

Sorry to say, I had back surgery shortly after signing up with the program so I haven't tried it at all.
Maybe I'll get a chance to do so in a couple of months.

Because I was out of town and not able to take advantage of the recipes over the 4 week plan, I was disappointed that they were no longer available to me.
