A close second to bread...

Pancakes are our next most-requested recipe.

So here's a recipe using ricotta cheese and fresh strawberries you and your family will love.

Ingredients:

  • 4, organic eggs

  • 1/4, tsp xantham gum

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp, vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup, ricotta cheese

  • 3 tbsp, almond flour

  • 1 scoop, Strawberry Cheesecake Keto Shake or Creamy Chocolate (Yummy, chocolate ricotta pancakes with strawberries on top!)

Directions:

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a mixer.

  • Next, gently add the batter to an oiled, hot frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  • Top with keto whipped cream, pecans, and strawberries. You can also drizzle some sugar-free maple syrup on the cakes and dust them with keto confectioners sugar for a little extra flare.
