Cheddar Crisps Recipe
Best Ever Parmesan Cheddar Crisps are a great grab-and-go snack option. Choose any keto dip and savor the extra punch of this amazing snack.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, stir the cheeses together and place tablespoon-sized shredded cheeses on the baking sheet and keep enough space on the baking tray as they will spread. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, if using.
- Now, place the baking tray in the oven for 6-8 minutes. When the edges begin to brown, take them out of the oven and let it cool.
- Transfer the chips to paper towels to get crispy.
