  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, stir the cheeses together and place tablespoon-sized shredded cheeses on the baking sheet and keep enough space on the baking tray as they will spread. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, if using.
  • Now, place the baking tray in the oven for 6-8 minutes. When the edges begin to brown, take them out of the oven and let it cool.
  • Transfer the chips to paper towels to get crispy.
