Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp natural peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 scoop Keto Shake
- Optional: nuts, berries, nut butter, unsweetened coconut flakes, 85% dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions:
