Roll Ups Recipe
These Keto Breakfast Roll-Ups add an exciting twist to your morning. They’re like a breakfast wrap sandwich but without the carbs. This recipe is quick, easy and super fun to eat!
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 pre-cooked breakfast sausages
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
- Begin by whisking your eggs until light and fluffy.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with cooking spray.
- Pour just half of the egg to coat the bottom of the skillet.
- Add a slice of bacon, a sausage link, and half of the cheese.
- Cook until the egg is no longer runny. You may cover with a lid if necessary to speed up the cooking process.
- Carefully roll omelet into a burrito shape. The cheese should help close the seam.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients to make two roll-ups.
Tip:
- Serve with a little guacamole or sour cream for dipping!
