These Keto Breakfast Roll-Ups add an exciting twist to your morning. They’re like a breakfast wrap sandwich but without the carbs. This recipe is quick, easy and super fun to eat!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 pre-cooked breakfast sausages
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • non-stick cooking spray

Directions:

  • Begin by whisking your eggs until light and fluffy.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with cooking spray.
  • Pour just half of the egg to coat the bottom of the skillet.
  • Add a slice of bacon, a sausage link, and half of the cheese.
  • Cook until the egg is no longer runny. You may cover with a lid if necessary to speed up the cooking process.
  • Carefully roll omelet into a burrito shape. The cheese should help close the seam.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients to make two roll-ups.

Tip:

  • Serve with a little guacamole or sour cream for dipping!
