Free Keto Grilled Cheese

This snack is one of our favorites and it will make you crave it again and again. Ideal for those people who are missing cheesy satisfaction. We bet you’ll love this upgraded version even more.
Ingredients:
For the Bread:
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
For the Filling:
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp butter
Directions:
- Use any microwave-safe container of your choice, preferably a square glass container, and mix the almond flour, butter, egg, and baking powder.
- Microwave for 90 seconds.
- When you remove from the container, slice in half.
- Butter one slice of bread and place in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Place the cheese in the middle of the bread. Butter the other slice of bread and place on top of the cheese. Grill a couple of minutes until golden brown. Flip the sandwich and grill the other side.
Tips:
- Add more flavor to your sandwich by adding a slice of fresh tomato and sprinkle of oregano or basil to the filling.
- You can substitute 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp coconut flour for almond flour in this recipe.
