Free Keto Seed Crisps

Craving a crispy snack? Look no further than this low carb sesame crispbread. Trying dipping them in some guacamole or spreading with almond butter!

Ingredients:

  • 7 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/4 cups sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Spread out the mixture evenly onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet and sprinkle salt on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the sheet from the oven, cut into desired size crackers and lower the oven to 280°F. Return to the oven to bake another 40 minutes.
  • Remove the crisps from the oven and let it dry completely before serving.

Tip:

  • Play around with various shredded cheeses in this recipe to create different flavor profiles. Sharp cheddar, pepper jack, and a parmesan/mozzarella blend are wonderful!
