Free Onion Rings Recipe
These Onion Rings are a fantastic keto snack. Dip them in your favorite dipping sauce. They are also a great dinner side served with a burger.
Ingredients:
- 1 jumbo onion
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder or paprika powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, and spices.
- Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
- One at a time, dip each onion ring into the egg, then into the breading.
- Arrange the rings on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Tip:
- Dip these crispy onion rings in your favorite dipping sauces. We recommend sugar free ketchup, ranch or thousand island dressings!
