Free Onion Rings Recipe

These Onion Rings are a fantastic keto snack. Dip them in your favorite dipping sauce. They are also a great dinner side served with a burger.


  • 1 jumbo onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder or paprika powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, and spices.
  • Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
  • One at a time, dip each onion ring into the egg, then into the breading.
  • Arrange the rings on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
