Free Tuna, Avocado and
Tomato Salad Recipe

This delicious lunch combines tuna fish with Roma tomato, celery, avocado, and mayo. Add some fresh chopped chives and serve in lettuce wraps, if you like.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (5-6 oz) can of tuna
  • 1/2 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/4 avocado, diced
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives, lettuce wraps for serving

Directions:

  • Drain liquid from can of tuna, and scoop out into a medium bowl.
  • Add tomato, celery, avocado, and mayo to bowl. Mix ingredients together with a spoon or fork. Season with salt and pepper, and fresh chives, if desired.
  • Serve in lettuce wraps, or enjoy as a salad.

  • You can substitute canned chicken for the tuna if you prefer.
